INTRODUCTION
Bearing steel is divided into high-carbon chromium bearing steel,
carburizing bearing steel, stainless bearing steel, high
temperature bearing steel, medium-carbon bearing steel.
Generally, condition of delivery is hot rolled+annealing, cold
drawn+annealing.
APPLICATIONS
Bearing steel is a type of steel used in the field of fabricating the ball, pin roller, sleeve for
antifriction bearing. and also measuring implements, cold-punching
die, lead screw and precision components of diesel engine oil pump.
Product Description
The alloy is usually produced by LF /EAF /IFF /VD followed by
electroslag refining (ESR) if necessary for special purpose.
Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic
examination based on the different levels according to the buyers'
requirements.
