5.Factory state: Hot rolled or forged. Annealed hardness≤229. Black surface.

6.Characteristic: This steel has good workability, machining deformation tiny anti-fatigue performance is quite good, is in hardenability steel. 4140 after heat treatment, good strength and good mechanical properties, good technology, and high-yield.

7.Application: Can also be used for the manufacturing requirements compared 35CrMo steel higher strength and a larger cross-section forgings quenched, such as the traction with a large gear, the transmission gears of the turbocharger, the rear axle, by the load greatly rod and colletbelow 2000m deep oil drill pipe joints and fishing tools, and can be used to mold bender.

8.Process flow: Electric arc furnace melting→Refining furnace → Vacuum treatment furnace → Cast ingot → Steel ingot anneal → Heating → High-speed forging,refining forging → Anneal,retarded cooling,air cooling → Quenching and tempering tretment → Finishing operation → Text → Finished products
